More than a year ago UK duo Aquilo have released their self-titled EP, not to mention the 'Human EP which showcased the group's warm, atmospheric sound, packed full of stunning melodies and floating rhythms. The two now return with their latest single 'Good Girl', which rides down more of a mid-tempo pop lane, with the production incorporating bits of funk. Khruangbin Announce New Album ‘The Universe Smiles Upon You’

One band that has been on our radar for sometime now is the Texas-based band Khruangbin. Already wowing listeners with recordings such as 'The Infamous Bill' and 'A Calf Born In Winter', Khruangbin is now gearing up for the release of their debut album 'The Universe Smiles Upon You'. Recording the LP in a barn in the Texas countryside, the Houston-based band further delve into the sound of 60s Thai funk, surf-rock and exotica. Although known for their instrumentals, 'The Universe Smiles Upon You' will feature a number of vocal cuts.

After a stream of reworks of tracks by Jessie Ware and Glass Animals, Polish producer Klaves now jumps on the remix of the Lucy Rose tune 'Like an Arrow'. Soulful and infectiously grooving, Klaves' version is a delicious contrast to the original version which appears on Rose's latest LP 'Work It Out'. Below is a YouTube stream of the tune.
