In terms of swagger, Kit Rice's tank is definitely full. Set to drop his new EP 'Living Life' officially on June 24th, the London vocalist covers multiple ground musically. The six-song release features three original tracks with three remixes of the song 'Dreaming' provided by DJ Fen, Christopher Blacc and Operator S. From the trap-sparking anthem 'Living Life' featuring The First Diamond to the spaced-out funk of 'Love Song', Rice performs like an acrobat of styles packing in enough bang for the buck on this record. 'Not Enough' is a smooth meshing of soulful house and UK garage, a definite highlight on the EP. Whilst the remixes tred future house and Hip-Hop waters, they act as more of a compliment to the originals which can surely stand on their own.

It's almost hard to believe that Samm Henshaw is under the age of 25 considering his voice and music rings off with a gritty soul something equilvelant of legends from the American South. Releasing his debut EP 'The Sound Experiment' back in 2015 via Columbia, the South Londoner captivated critics alike with his fierce setting of funk and pop that made fans of artists like D'Angelo increasingly happy. On the surface it's easy to comprehend why Prince was one of the greatest artists in music history. His skills as a musician were top tier, his vocal range was uncanny, his penmanship was on genius levels and on stage, his power to entertain crowds were second to none. Yet with all these attributes, one of the things that undoubtedly set Prince apart from many acts was his fearlessness when it came to challenging the norm.
