Preview KATÉA’s New EP ‘Louder’

Clearly there is something in the air floating around the Scandinavian region as their reign of pop acts continue to muscle the playing field. The latest treasure comes from Helsinki-based singer KATÉA who has released her debut EP 'Louder'. Taking no prisoners, the recording is a grandeur selection of pop balanced with KATÉA's deep and sultry vocals that is definitely top chart worthy material. Femme En Fourrure Return with Their Electro-Fused Single ‘Seer’

Helsinki duo Femme En Fourrure are no strangers to experimenting with different sounds, and when they do, the outcome is pretty amazing. From the dark electronica of their EP 'The Beach' to the future trap influences in their 'Smell' EP, FEF now incorporates elements of electro pop with their latest single 'Seer'. Whilst there are still dark undertones within the production, 'Seer' is slighlty more dance oriented. The track is taken from their forthcoming Seer/Eaten release out April 15th via FEF Corp. Stream Lake Jons’ New EP ‘Explore’

Helsinki band Lake Jons is the latest act presenting an enjoyable dose of garage rock from the Nordic region. Already a force to be reckoned with in their native Finland, the boys are now ready to break ground internationally with their debut EP titled 'Explore'. Six tracks strong, the release is a clean dealing of guitar interplay and breezy melodies constructed around blues, indie, pop and folk rhythms. 'Explore' is out now. Listen to Sin Cos Tan’s ‘Ten Years’

Back in 2012 Finnish duo Sin Cos Tan released their debut self-titled LP which garnished the group an Critics Choice of Album of The Year nomination at the Emma Awards. Fast forward three albums later and Sin Cos Tan are now set to release their new EP 'Smile Tomorrow Will Be Worse', out October 23rd. The lead single from the EP is the atmospheric, club-oriented track 'Ten Years', which they have recentely made available for streaming. You can listen to the tune below.

Femme En Fourrure to Release ‘Smell’ EP

Finnish duo Femme En Fourrure are a pair that we have followed for years now. From earlier house tracks like 'Dirty Blonde' to their darker work such as the '36-26-36' LP on Convex Industries, they have released a number of incredible recordings within the past 5 years. FEF are now set to release a new EP entitled 'Smell', out May 8th on Cocoa Music. Along with the digital format, the band will also release the EP as a limited edition 10" vinyl and cassette, which will contain an exclusive bonus track. 'Smell' will also feature a remix by Inga Copeland, Formerly of Hype Williams.
