Reworking Gucci prints and crafting attire with a street edge, by 1992 Dapper Dan was forced to closed down his shop due to a lawsuit brought upon him for copyright infringement. However, when the news was announced last year that Dapper Dan and Gucci would actually do a collaborative line, there were sentiments of joy and also confusion. Questions of why the brand wanted to now officially work with the designer after 25 years were surely appropriate.

The team at Prada have launched the first episode of their 4-part series 'Nylon Farm', a futuristic story into the world of Artificial Intelligence incorporating the brand's method of creating their nylon material. Shot at the Prada Group industrial headquarters in Valvigna, Tuscany, the short film stars model Taja Feistner, who discovers an anomaly in the system. Feistner goes to take care of the problem whilst walking among numbers of almost robotic looking sheep. The second episode is set to post on June 1st.
