Chromatics Share a Cover Version of Hole’s ‘Petals’

Chromatics have shared an unreleased cover version of the Hole track 'Petals'. Dreamy and gorgeously atmospheric, the song was featured in the Netflix movie 'The Perfection', starring Allison Williams. As good as the song is, our one gripe with it is that it's literally under 2 minutes in length.

jade imagine ‘Big Old House’ Video

Back in 2017, Australian outfit jade imagine released their debut EP 'What The Fuck Was I Thinking' on Courtney Barnett's Milk! Records. A lush combo of art-pop, indie and more, the group left fans yearning for a full-length. Whilst there is still no indicator of exactly when that will happen, jade imagine have unveiled a new song and video titled 'Big Old House'. Directed by James Thomson and Jade McInally, the retro shot vid features the band randomly enjoying things like swimming and flying discs.

Ada Lea Shares a French Version of Her Single ‘the party’

Fresh from signing a deal with labels Saddle Creek Records and Next Door Records, Montreal singer and visual artist Ada Lea will release her new album 'what we say in private' on July 19th. Having shared her dreamy tune 'the party' a couple weeks back, Lea has now recorded a French version of the song. With the airy production the same as the original, the cut is just as gorgeous if not more with the newly added French twist.

Stream Dream Lake’s ‘Someday’

Stockholm duo Isabella Svärdstam and Niklas Lock aka Dream Lake have shares their latest single 'Someday'. The song comes after the lengthy break, with their last album 'Lux' released back in 2017. An airy taste of dream pop, the warming tune is peppered with gorgeous melodies, and easing instrumentation that is composed of ethereal synths, tender guitar riffs and added electronic sparkles, creating the ultimate sooth. Whilst there has been no mention of an album yet, hopefully this will be an indication of a new record coming soon.

Last year Brighton-based band Holy Magick stepped firmly on the scene with their hazy single 'Panic!'. With the group's debut album landing in May of this year, they have shared their new single 'It's Your Money (Trivia)'. Incorporating elements of dream pop with raw garage rock and psychedelic, the tune is powered by fuzzy guitar riffs and sun-soaked vocals with occasional distortion in the cut.
