As an artist, Douglas Dare is doing exactly what he is supposed to...which is to challenge our perception of music, visuals and life. Having dropped powerful videos for his tracks 'Oh Father' and 'New York', the London-based singer is now set to release his new album 'Aforger' on October 14th. Using the music as a medium to share his personal experiences throughout the past few years, the record is a beautiful evolution of an act who is unafraid to push the boundaries.

Unafraid to push the boundaries of music and visuals, Dare unveils his latest video 'New York'. Douglas Dare brings forth the video for his emotional song 'Oh Father'. Directed by Jeremy Carne and Nikolas Kasinos, what initially looks like Dare struggling to break free of the grips of a figure, he eventually turns back and run towards that same person hugging him with a tight grip. Filmed in Berlin, the video was shot in one take.
