Amber-Simone Delivers Soulful Vibes with ‘Trashed My Heart’

London-based singer Amber-Simone is someone who we have been excited about since sharing her silky song 'Taught Me Better' and the cosmic funk cut 'Mountains' last year. She now sets the tone for the summer with her soulful disco meets house track 'Trashed My Heart'. Whilst the content may deal with the trials of love, the music production is upbeat and golden, making you want to get up and shake a leg.

No Hot Ashes Share Their Infectious Track ‘Bad Crowd’

Manchester's No Hot Ashes have been quite consistent since stepping out with tracks like 'Goose' three years ago. Fusing sounds ranging from post-punk, funk, disco and more, they have released their new EP titled 'Skint Kids Disco'. They have also shared the latest single 'Bad Crowd', which is also taken from the new record. Taking aim at the youth generation to step away from their smoking mirrors of what it means to be young in this day and age, No Hot Ashes yet again deliver sheer brilliance.

Stream Franc Moody’s EP ‘Dance Moves’

London collective Franc Moody have shared a stream of their new EP 'Dance Moves'. Like the title suggests, the record is tailored to the dance floor. Comprised of five tracks, the release is a hybrid of upbeat funk, spaced-out disco, 80s pop, electronica and more. A fun and glorious carnival of rhythms, Dance Moves is an extension of their live performances that have been setting places on fire.

David Byrne Shares New Single ‘Everybody’s Coming To My House’

David Byrne seems to always manage to deliver music at the perfect moment. With the current state of global politics in a roller coaster wave of extremity, he is set to release his new album 'American Utopia' on March 9th via Todomundo/Nonesuch Records. The lead single from the record is this upbeat pop meets disco/new wave track 'Everybody's Coming To My House'. In traditional David Byrne fashion, the song is a kaleidoscopic twisting of sounds, pumping with a rubbery bass line, running break style drums and electronica twinkles that fit perfectly like pieces to a puzzle. It looks like 2018 will be an exciting year for music and David Byrne is helping to lead the charge. Check it out.
