Having previously shared the songs 'Exhumed' and 'Soak', the now unveils the third single from the upcoming record titled 'Siphon'. Produced by Zola Jesus herself, WIFE and Alex DeGroot, the track is an epic and powerful punch of dark pop, something that Danilova has reigned supreme at spanning the past number of years.
Zola Jesus has unveiled the extremely haunting visuals for her single 'Exhumed'. Directed and shot by Jacqueline Castel, the stark black and white video features Zola Jesus in an almost ghostly form in the woods whilst emerging from the ground, seemingly to represent a burial of sorts. Intense flashes and quick cuts add to the eerie feel of the video with the goth style of the music itself coincide extremely well. The song is taken from Jesus' forthcoming album 'Stridulum', out September 8th.
I.AM.WILLOW hits us with another ethereal offering in the form of her new single 'Hearts In The Night'. Whilst the song is quite sparse in the initial beginnings, it morphs into a bursting dark pop tune grand in production, shifting from full to minimal, with the Malta-born, London-based artist continuing to stun with vibrant songwriting.
