Dubbing their sound drone pop, Chicago duo Desert Liminal has dropped another ethereal recording titled 'Pipedream'. Hauntingly beautiful, the lo-fi dream pop bit is powered via hollow drums, melodic keys and ghostly vocals. Chicago band Company of Thieves have returned following a hiatus since the release of their 2011 album 'Running From A Gamble'. Their new EP 'Better Together' comes behind the members' solo works in between the 7 year absence. Comprised of five songs, two being live recordings, EP finds the band back in their zone, weaving a tightrope around alternative and indie pop. 'Better Together' in itself is a testament to the group's magic that has stretched for over a decade.
