Cambridgeshire band Diamond Country Dance Club released their debut single 'Didn't tell Jonny' back in January of this year.
Kerry Devine is not just a singer, but a musician, journalist, sound designer, storyteller and poet whose words help to paint the most vivid of imagery, a window into her world. Whilst her angelic vocals pleasurably lifts the listener into otherworldly states, her lush melting of folk, electronica and alternative are truly a cinematic soundtrack of honest emotions.
Releasing her 2013 EPs 'Fools That Fall' and 'Early Riser', Kerry Devine's forthcoming debut LP 'Away From Mountains' draws inspiration from the natural and historical beauty of Fenland fostering a true gorgeous work of art that is utterly heartfelt and soul touching.
A year ago Cambridgeshire singer Kerry Devine shared her tender acoustic-led song 'Tainted Love'. She then unveiled her stunning tracks 'Vehicle' and 'Work You' earlier this year, which was a precursor to what was to come later in 2018. Kerry Devine has now announced the release of her debut album 'Away From Mountains' which will land May 11th. Recorded in an abandoned church in Northamptonshire and inspired by nature, the album touches on ideas revolving around death, rebirth and time. Kerry Devine has also shared the title track to the forthcoming album. A gorgeous delivery of cloud drifting folk, you can stream the song down below.
