Post-punk duo Lea Porcelain released one of our top five albums of 2017 'Hymns To The Night'. Refusing to take any time off, the Berlin-based pair have now announced the release of their upcoming self-titled EP, out this April. Comprised of four songs, they have also unveiled the first single from the record entitled 'If Time Was on My Side'. Blanketed with haunting synths and ghostly, echoing vocals, tinges of melancholy floats around the track, with Lea Porcelain still presenting their post-punk flow of goodness.

Graciela María’s Version of the Classic Track ‘Adoro’ is Sheer Beauty

Berlin-based Graciela María is one of the most multi-faceted artists in the industry. Having weaved between various styles of music ranging from experimental electronica, moody and cinematic lo-fi, jazz-tinged downtempo on over to more Hip-Hop underlying beat cuts with Robot Koch, unlike many acts who tend to make an attempt at style shifting, she actually does it well...great in fact. Set to release a new album titled 'Canto Siete' on January 25th, Graciela María revisits the classic sounds of her native Mexico. The first offering from the LP comes in the form of this gorgeous version of 'Adoro', written by Armando Manzanero and originally released in 1967. Bursting with beauty, the spacious rendition is minimalist art with Graciela María's exquisite vocals accompanied simply by tender guitar cello. Ripe with mesmeric qualities, 'Adoro' displays Graciela María at her best.

Honorée Returns to Rekids for Her ‘Marée Haute’ EP

Releasing her EP 'Marée Basse' on Rekids back in March of 2017, Swiss producer Honorée now returns to the label with another offering entitled the 'Marée Haute' EP. Out January 19th, the record is a lush journey into the deeper side of house presented with two original tracks. 'Dorian' is a thumping sliding spearheaded by a thick, reeling bass line and sleek synths propelling a jacking experience whilst '208' shoots right into the peak hour of the club with bouncing low end, steamy, sparse vocals and sharp keys that is the perfect music backing for hedonism. The EP also includes a lo-fi and atmospheric remix of 'Dorian' courtesy of producer Margaret Dygas. 'Marée Haute' is a sexy and exciting record by one of the top gunners of the Swiss house scene.

Listen to Shaun J. Wright & Alinka’s ‘Walk Into The Unknown’ EP

Having released their blazing EP 'The Romance' about four months back, Detroit/Berlin pair Shaun J. Wright and Alinka fire-off with their latest release 'Walk Into The Unknown'. Driving down the lane of acid house and venturing into the tech side of things, the record, whilst darker in sound than their previous release, still contains that sultry and nocturnal styling of 4x4 that originally captured us initially. Definitely a soundtrack to the night, you can stream the EP down below.
