Brighton band TIGERCUB have been quite the busy group performing their festival rounds. With their forthcoming EP Evolve or Die scheduled to drop September 29th on Alcopop! Records, the trio have unveiled their latest single ‘Into The Ashes’. Finding that perfect balance between revving post-punk and melodic pop, they have gracefully incorporated lush change-ups within the structure. This is one of TIGERCUB’s best offerings yet.

“Lyrically ‘Into the Ashes’ is a series of vignettes on being born into a world that’s already fucked and burned out. How jarring it is to have feelings and emotions with the knowledge that life is totally meaningless and chaotic, so in short it’s fucking depressing. But at the moment that’s something that really drives my lyrics…maybe I need a holiday!”
