With a sound that has been dubbed ‘death gospel’, Swedish artist Louise Lemón is the latest Scandinavian export ready to break on a global scale. Already championed in Sweden for her live shows, her first single ‘Thirst’ is a haunting and hazy offering that falls sits somewhere between dark soul, post-punk and alternative. Slow, thumping drumming accompanied by flaming guitar lines bursts through as Louise Lemón vocal grip is firmly placed. Fans of Massive Attack will be all over this track.
