Making their entry back in 2018 with the track ‘Gated Community’ followed by a string of single releases throughout 2019, Liverpool band Eyesore & The Jinx have released their new record The Exile Parlour EP. Comprised of four tracks, the band merges the sounds of post-punk, no wave, garage and noise rock. Produced by Daniel Fox of Girl Band, The Exile Parlour EP is the group’s window into the times of now of current day England. Packed with charisma, Eyesore & The Jinx are a part of the exciting roster of acts exploding from the north of the country.
Regarding the EP, Josh Miller said:
“The EP consists of four songs, each from the perspective of four equally uninhibited characters whose various disclosures unfold in front of the ever shifting backdrop of ‘The Exile Parlour’. A fictional space, where the private seeps seamlessly into the public, and pleasures are pursued unflinchingly.”
