After watching the video for Solomon Grey’s “Firechild” you may be tempted to give the middle finger to your boss, dump that annoying boyfriend or girlfriend, or yell out “screw you” to that university professor who didn’t give you a passing grade on that one exam. While the clip has nothing to do with any of those things, it does feature actor Andre Royo of The Wire, who plays a man who has been forced to pack up his things and leave what appears to be a job. Instead of moping about, he completely frees himself of the pain and dances in the 2nd Street Tunnel in downtown Los Angeles. After yelling at someone over the phone, he slams the mobile phone into the wall, finally taking all of the paperwork in his bankers box and throwing them in the air. This is a great performance to a brilliant track. Now watch the clip and prepare to rage!
