You can’t utter the word grime without mentioning producer Rapid, who along with East London’s Ruff Sqwad, helped to shape the music and scene that has finally taken flight internationally.

With artists like Ghetts and Chipmunk having recently laid down verses on Rapid’s production, the grime purveyor is set to release his new Rapid Fire Vol. 2 EP, a 5 song collection of instrumentals including the ‘Pepper Riddim’ track. The EP will be available for purchase on May 22nd via Ruff Sqwad Entertainment.

Regarding ‘Rapid Fire Vol. 2’ Rapid wrote:

“Many people have said that the Pepper Riddim has brought old skool grime back to life as many producers are now making trap music mistaking it for grime.
