Newark’s Brick Bandits collective have been moving a full speed, spreading the sound of Jersey Club to a worldwide audience. With the formation of Brick Bandit Records, BB member R3LL sets off the first release with his Directions EP, out April 13th. Using atmospheric, spaced-out synths as simply the canvas, R3LL off-sets the EP’s mellow feel with rapid, bouncing kick drums running at close to 140 BPMs. The Jersey native recently shared a mini-mix of Directions which you can preview below.
