London-based emcee Piers James merges varied flows with soulful sonics on his latest single ‘No More Idols’, taken from his new EP A Dying Breed Part II.

Launching the song with melodic piano play, the jazzy production is the base for James to flip multiple verbal styles that creates a firm bridge between the current style-driven patterns and the lyrical sharpness of classic Hip-Hop. Unlike many who have tried to marry a multitude of genres in Hip-Hop but have fallen short of the mark, Piers James’ mountainous charisma and uncanny skills makes his work truly a breath of fresh air.
