Photography courtesy of Kasim Patton
Los Angeles photographer and artist Kasim Patton documents the Hip-Hop scene of L.A. as well as transform objects in his immediate surroundings to conceptual artistic images. Many of Patton’s finished art pieces are constructed from found and recycled materials. After leaving what he calls “dead end jobs”, the L.A. native focused more on his art and began doing more gallery shows and events in the city. Word of mouth began to spread and Kasim Patton found himself doing what he loves best as a living.
