With a defining career that stretches over 25 years, Morcheeba is set to release their new album Blackest Blue on May 14th via Kartel Music Group.

Having already unveiled their track ‘Sounds Of Blue’ last month, the band now bring forth their second single titled ‘Oh Oh Yeah’. A lush and chilled presenting of soul and downtempo, singer Skye Edwards’ vocals are like the sweet taste of honey dripping on the seductive instrumentation which vibrates in the soul and spirit. An absolutely killer cut, ‘Oh Oh Yeah’ is another great lead-up to the forthcoming album.

Regarding ‘Oh Oh Yeah’, Morcheeba stated:

“It’s about getting stoned. Back in the day we didn’t think about the A&R guy, the single, we need to hear the chorus in 30 seconds. You’d have seven, eight-minute songs. So we went for it.”
