Melbourne’s Lothario, the project of musician, writer, radio presenter, and designer Annaliese Redlich, has unveiled a new cover version of Gerry Rafferty’s 1978 classic track ‘Right Down The Line’. Redlich’s remake is taken from her forthcoming Lothario debut LP Hogtied, out September 6th.

Whilst Gerry Rafferty’s original version of ‘Right Down The Line’ treds more on the soft rock side, Annaliese Redlich revs it up by fostering a racing, thundering punk makeover. Fostering a 70s raw nostalgia, new life is pumped into the song with it gushing with sheer energy and excitement. Have a listen.
