Hailing from Cardiff is the art rock band Silent Forum. Quite the outfit, there sound is a juxtaposition between that of classic familiarity and refreshing modernity. With an LP currently in the works, Silent Forum’s current release is the single ‘Safety in Numbers’ which is out via Libertino Records. A breezy handing of post-punk and indie, the stylishly produced tune dazzles with tender guitar lines and multiple back vocals floating throughout the song, not to mention the particular elegance on the front end of singer Richard Wiggins. An ode to friendship, ‘Safety in Numbers’ is a magnificent recording from the promising group.
