Taken from Kitsuné New Faces II compilation is the catchy electro-pop tune “Turnaround” by Lucy Taylor aka Pawws. Singing about the trials of heartbreak involving a jerk of an ex-lover, Pawws’ soothing voice sings vivid tales of being locked outside of her ex’s house and forced to walk the streets after being given a key. After continuous times of mistreatment, she finally moves on, ironically with the ex now wanting her to come back. “Turnaround” is an excellent slice of creamy pop with interest-capturing storytelling that is amazingly enjoyable.
