Atlanta emcee Killer Mike took home three GRAMMY AWARDS at the 2024 ceremony. Clutching trophies for Best Rap Album for his recent LP Michael, Best Rap Song, and Best Rap Performance for his track ‘Scientists & Engineers’ which features André 3000, Future, and Eryn Allen Kane.
On numerous interviews prior to the release of Michael, Killer Mike confidently mentioned how he thought the album was good enough to win a GRAMMY. His belief and hard work indeed paid off.
Released back in 2023, Michael was on of the best Hip-Hop albums to land that year. The LP featured Eryn Allen Kane, fellow Run The Jewels member El-P, CeeLo Green, André 3000, Future, Mozzy, Young Thug, Jagged Edge, 2 Chainz, Curren$y, Ty Dolla Sign, Blxst, Fabo, and Kaash Paige. The album’s production credit included No I.D., DJ Paul, Cool & Dre, André 3000, El-P, Tec Beatz, Little Shalimar, Beat Butcha, and more.
