Grammy Award-nominated artist K.Flay is set to release her new album Solutions on July 12th via Night Street/Interscope Records. Having already released the songs ‘Bad Vibes’ and ‘This Baby Don’t Cry’, she now unveils her latest single ‘Sister’. Dedicated to her own sister, as well as her step-brother, the peppy track highlights K.Flays navigation toward more of a pop direction. Whilst there are still traces of alternative sprinkles in the production as streaking guitar lines zip through the track, this is definitely aimed at the mainstream charts with the L.A.-based singer having fun on the tune.

Touching on the song, K.Flay said:

“I’ve come to understand that family is created. Family is a verb. It’s something you build day by day, sometimes in the hot sun and sometimes when everything is going wrong.”
