This isn’t a video, this is a proper short film! Directed by Nabil, the video for Just Blaze and Baauer’s “Higher” was shot in India and depicts a group of kids practicing the martial art form of kalaripayattu. Determined to take on an unruly elder, who talks down on him and his friends, the lead child along with a large group of kids get their revenge at the end. And for the record, while the track “features” Jay Z, it is nothing more than bits of his vocals weaved in and out of the track. However, the beat is so insane that we couldn’t care less if there are verses on it or not! Check it out.
