Having already built up a name from her work with Richy Ahmed, London artist Gloria Adereti takes the sound of house back to the 90s with her fire hot single ‘Nobody’s Watching’. Infectious piano riffs are placed alongside a bubbling bass line, all layered atop swinging 4×4 drums. Soulful to the core, the cut is produced by Cy Humphreys.
In a press statement regarding ‘Nobody’s Watching’, Gloria Adereti wrote:
“‘Nobody’s Watching’ is a song about the end of a relationship. It’s the fight between two lovers who claim they want to be together, but in reality the love is toxic. It’s being on the frontline of a war between love and hate, pain and obsession.”
