Girl Tones, the band consisting of siblings Kenzie and Laila, step up with their latest single ‘Got It’. The song follows their previous track ‘Blame’ which dropped a couple months back.

‘Got It’ is a raw, unapologetic rock & roll boulder. With the drums and scuzzy guitar lines really being the meat and potatoes of the tune, the lyrical focus is about putting all the cards on the table, taking that risk in life for what one believes, despite any adversity. ‘Got It’ has an anthemic feel that will definitely get your energy level raised.

Touching on the single, Kenzie of Girl Tones stated:

“‘Got It’ is a very charged song for me. It was born out of anger and defiance. Ultimately it is about holding your ground in the face of uncertainty, and taking that leap of faith to fulfill your dreams.”
