Case in point, for those who may not be familiar with the ‘etiquette’ of Notting Hill Carnival, General Levy gives a few tips on how to make your time easier and more enjoyable. Aside from what would be sensible such as bringing enough money, Levy steps inside the old school telephone box to highlight the fact that you can’t rely on your mobile phones to communicate.
