After cancelling their Glastonbury performance due to Dave Grohl breaking his leg in Sweden, the Foo Fighters’ headlining spot will now be replaced by Florence + The Machine. Previously scheduled to play before the Foo Fighters, Glastonbury’s Emily Eavis made the announcement that Florence + The Machine was the obvious choice to take over the new slot.
On the Foo Fighters’ official website, Dave Grohl wrote an extensive letter regarding the unfortunate incident.
