Belgian band Few Bits made their debut in 2013 with their critically acclaimed self-titled. Delivering earnest content, their music strapped with an organic spreading was definitely one of the highlight recordings of that year. The group now unveil their new single entitled ‘Summer Sun’, a lush package of breezy dream pop. Front vocalist Karolien Van Ransbeeck paints a vibrant picture of controlling her own life, becoming anything that she wants to be. The soothing and radiant track is a brilliant come back from the band which will get released May 6th via PIAS.

Touching on her songwriting, Karolien Van Ransbeeck wrote:

“I always write autobiographically. I’m not really interested in writing from someone else’s perspective. A song doesn’t just have to sound good, it also has to express exactly what I feel. Otherwise I’d rather throw it away. I don’t come up with fiction. Every word, every comma, has to fit my head and my heart.”
