Drawing inspiration from Sicilian culture, the Dolce & Gabbana summer 2013 men’s runway show represented that perspective as much as possible. Some of the models were actually common Sicilians who were not in the industry at all. That’s a pretty radical move by the company but the point was to represent the diversities of what it means to be Sicilian. Here is the video of the show.
