Taking his sound back to the 80s electronic dance days of his native NYC, as well as the dark underground of Germany, Berlin-based producer Curses has released his latest EP Tutto Vetro – Trust The Beat via the Wrong Era imprint.
Tutto Vetro – Trust The Beat is comprised of three original new songs and a remix courtesy of Wrong Era label head Fabrizio Mammarella. The title track ‘Trust The Beat’ is a hedonistic dance wave handing that harks back to the original days of EBM clubbing, injecting elements of post-punk, dance, and industrial-tinged electro. ‘Wild Things’ is a body-rocking dark disco meets synth-wave streamroller, whilst ‘New Revolution’ incorporates new wave tenderness into an upbeat progressive rhythm. Fabrizio Mammarella’s reworking of ‘Wild Things’ is sonically sinister all the while never losing the mission of the dance floor. A incredible release from Curses that upholds the integrity of electronic body music, you can stream Tutto Vetro – Trust The Beat down below.
