Siblings Bianca and Sierra Casady aka CoCoRosie are gearing for the release of their 8th album entitled Little Death Wishes, landing March 28th via Joyful Noise. Having already given fans a taste with tracks like ‘Least I Have You’, and ‘Cut Stitch Scar’, the pair have now shared their latest single ‘Yesterday’.

‘Yesterday’ is a head-bopping pop piece that plays with an air of melancholy. The song is a trip down memory lane, exploring quite turbulent times, examining what went wrong throughout the family structure. The reflection in ‘Yesterday’ is touching, whilst blanketed by the groove.

Touching on the single, CocoRosie said:

“Yesterday’ is a nostalgic sunshine scene of the crude reality of broken families. We hear it as backyard-BBQ music, setting a place for every misfit family member at the table.”
