It’s a tough act to try to rework a classic record, especially when that record is by the legendary Carlos Santana. However, Cleveland artist Marcus Alan Ward has indeed stepped up with an exciting version of ‘Black Magic Woman’. Incorporating heavy guitar play over a smoked-out groove, the song is taken from Ward’s forthcoming EP Marcus In Wonderland.

Along with ‘Black Magic Woman’, Marcus In Wonderland will also feature covers of tracks from Sade and Jefferson Airplane.
