Gucci Spring / Summer 2019 Runway Show
Held at the Le Palace Theatre in Paris, Alessandro Michele presented the new spring/summer 2019 collection by Gucci. A cross pollination of 60s glamour with a flower power undertone of the decade, the show was also a blurring of the lines of gender. With the soundtrack consisting of songs such as Brahms Symphony No.3, Op.90, there was even a live performance of 'Baby Alone In Babylone' by Jane Birkin.

Directed by photographers Inez & Vinoodh, the short clips magnify the idea of sexy, glamourous and chic as shots of ArgaƱaraz are beautifully seductive.

Fashion company KENZO takes the idea of a fashion film to the next level with Humberto Leon making his directorial debut to create 'The Everything'. This is no fashion short, yet rather a full-blown film which stars Alexandra Shipp, Milla Jovovich, Kodi Smit-McPhee, Jay Ellis and Sasha Frolova. Actress Regina Hall and director Spike Jonze always make guest appearances. The story revolves around a multi-cultural family headed by Jovovich and the teenagers in the family that all have interesting super powers.
