Canadian DJ and producer Jonny White has spent the past few years touring around the world with his Art Department project. Establishing himself as power player in electronica, White will finally release his first solo EP in three years time. His new record titled Sour Jazz is a three song piece that blends deep house, club jacking techno and even elements of dub. The EP also features the song ‘Roots Deep’, a collaboration track with the legendary Todd Terry and Roland Clark. Whilst Jonny White is clearly flexing his production muscle, incorporating sophisticated programming, his mission still remains to shake up the dance floor. Sour Jazz will land March 30th via his No. 19 Music imprint.
