London siblings Hot Stamp have released their new track ‘Better Taste’. The song follows their previous single ‘Josephine’, which landed back in June of this year.

Another well-polished rock & roll offering, ‘Better Taste’ paints the picture of the lacking of quality that an ex-lover goes for in regards to new partner choices. Backed by quality production that is also topped with accessible pop rock melodies and indie grit, ‘Better Taste’ finds the North London outfit more than ready to compete in the big league.

Touching on the song, Hot Stamp mentioned:

“‘Better Taste’ tells the story of seeing your ex downgrade to the point that it reflects badly on you. You’re not heartbroken, you’re embarrassed to have ever been the predecessor. The rose-tinted glasses are off, and all that’s left to do is hypothetically destroy all the evidence. Make ex boyfriends cool again…or at least salvageable.”
