There have been many great Hip-Hop albums released this year with Atlanta’s JID being a contributor. His record God Does Like Ugly sits comfortably in the Top 3 list of best Hip-Hop LPs of 2025. One of the highlight songs on his album is the track ‘Community’ which features Clipse, who themselves are also contenders of the year for best album. JID has now released an official video for the track that has been unveiled as a single.

‘Community’ features images of everyday life in an apartment complex that resembles the projects. Weaved in are also clips of JID and Clipse performing the song in a dilapidated abandoned building. There is a moment in the video where JID is leaving the apartments with children following behind him, which is a powerful statement in itself. ‘Community’ is directed by Omar Jones.
