Louis Vuitton Men’s Autumn/Winter 25 Runway Show

Although maverick Pharrell Williams may be running the show as menswear Creative Director at Louis Vuitton, what you got with the brand’s latest Autumn/Winter 2025 collection was a collaboration that extends long before the producer, songwriter, and designer stepped foot in those Parisian doors. Williams reconnected with longtime friend Nigo of Bathing Ape fame and now artistic director at Kenzo, for the latest LV menswear line.

The show took place in Paris with a soundtrack that included songs from The Weeknd, Seventeen, as well as Don Toliver and j-hope. The pieces were a mix between sophisticated and playful. Blazers were paired with wide leg flares that reflected a sort of 90s bagginess. There were baseball jerseys, asymmetrical closing leather jackets, and denim sets with the Louis Vuitton name almost tagged/scribbled all over. You could definitely see a representation of the minds of Nigo and Pharrell at work, especially if you go back to the Bathing Ape and Ice Cream days. There were also skater elements intertwined in some of the pieces. This 2025 collection and runway show felt like somewhat of history of Pharrell Williams and the varied elements that has helped to form the man that he is today. And at the very minimum, he continues inject a dose of excitement into the luxury brand.
