Music experimentalist BABii steps forth with her new single ‘Sweet Tooth’. The song is taken from her upcoming LP DareDeviil2000, landing October 11th.

Touching on the topic of addiction, the hyper futuristic production creates an adrenaline rush as BABii weaves between bouncy pop melodies and a sultry rap delivery. While the content may be serious business, the groove element of the bass-driven cut allows for one to still want to hit the dance floor.

Regarding ‘Sweet Tooth’, BABii mentioned:

“Sweet tooth emerged from me stumbling across an old beat Pholo had sent me that had been collecting dust on my hard drive. I dunno what it was but it just hit different that day to the first time I had heard it and I was vibing with it so much that I decided to write to it, only to find out it had already been used for something else. Luckily, Warpstr came to the rescue, and we rebuilt it from the ground up. I’m glad it went through this evolution cause it ended up becoming one of the most interesting tracks on my album. The song itself explores themes of addiction and indulgence, highlighting how we often make unconscious decisions without deliberate thought or care in aid of a quick fix and in spite of our wellbeing.”
