Temples will drop their upcoming album Exotico on April 14th via ATO Records. The new work follows their 2019 LP Hot Motion. Along with a digital release, the album will also be available on CD, as well as limited edition vinyl. Exotico is produced by none other than Sean Lennon.

Temples have also shared a new video for their single ‘Gamma Rays’. Directed by Molly Daniel, and filmed in Benidorm, you can find the band roaming throughout the city, with various shots highlighting various aspects of the dynamic and diverse landscape.

Touching on the track, James Bagshaw of Temples mentioned;

‘In the verse lyrics we’re talking about the grandness of nature. And then the chorus flips that on its head, it sounds like a re-joiceful summer tune about soaking up the rays, but the truth is that soaking up gamma rays will kill you. So, it’s about that juxtaposition of beauty and danger that we often find in nature.”
