Post-punk mainstays The Membranes will release their new double album What Nature Gives…Nature Takes Away. The LP is the follow-up to their 2015 record Dark Matter/Dark Energy. Landing June 7th via John Robb’s Louder Than War imprint, the new work features the BIMM Choir, musically weaving between post-punk, krautrock, dub and more. There will also be limited edition deluxe double vinyl with only 150 pressings exclusive to the Louder Than War website.

The Membranes have also shared the official video for their latest single ‘A Strange Perfume’. Directed by Anya Cinnamon Machin, the band perform the track as ballerina Aisling McDonough hypnotically dances in the forefront. Have a look.
