Fashion company KENZO takes the idea of a fashion film to the next level with Humberto Leon making his directorial debut to create The Everything. This is no fashion short, yet rather a full-blown film which stars Alexandra Shipp, Milla Jovovich, Kodi Smit-McPhee, Jay Ellis and Sasha Frolova. Actress Regina Hall and director Spike Jonze always make guest appearances. The story revolves around a multi-cultural family headed by Jovovich and the teenagers in the family that all have interesting super powers and the idea that they can all come together despite ups and downs. There are quirky 80s references throughout the film, as well as personal ties to director Humberto Leon such as filming some of the scenes in his hometown of Rosemead, California. Have a look.
