As Australian singer Lisa Mitchell continues to ready her forthcoming LP, she has released her new single ‘Warhol’. The dreamy song is a vibrant splash of indie and pop. Organically warming, the track is currently out via Play It Again Sam.

Describing the inspiration behind the track, Lisa Mitchell wrote that it “was about something that happened in my personal life and I’m so happy to finally release it. At The time of writing, I felt betrayed by something and was still fuming and at a loss when I wrote the words. I kept hearing Warhol through the melody I was mumbling…It’s as if I was calling out to Andy Warhol, as if he were a dear confidante…A world to find refuge in…”
