Sweden’s Otto Niklasson Elmerås is an artist in every sense of the word, and like any true creative, the project being spawned takes the proper amount of time to culminate. Three years in the making and Elmerås has now unleashed his debut EP We Fell Asleep When We Were Young. The four song release is a wonderland of musicality harking back to a Beatles-like time period where the production was monumental, the lyrics were vivid and the overall package was entertaining. A window into the life of the Swedish musician, the record also challenges the idea of time, all decorated around vibrant pop which truly stands in a space of its own.
