Beatsmith Lee Bannon has expressed his love for electronica and continues to delve into that realm with an unexpected collaboration featuring Charlie Benante of Anthrax. Whilst the safe assumption would be that it’s a possible metal meets Hip-Hop treat, it’s actually a drum and bass track entitled “RMF-3”. This shouldn’t surprise anyone considering that his song “MFS-4” was also DnB. There is a darkness about the production that sparks a nostalgic feeling of the classic Metalheadz sound. The song is taken from Lee Bannon’s forthcoming LP Main/Flex, out Nov. 4th via Babygrande/Chillectro. Check it out.
