Repeated scenes of individual stories and situations all revolving around one particular city block, combined with flashing effects, makes for the ultimate mind trip. The Mr. Noah EP is currently out now, however “Mr. Noah” will also be included on Panda Bear’s forthcoming LP Panda Bear Meets the Grim Reaper, which will get released on Jan. 12th 2015.
