For years fans of rapper Jay Electronica have been patiently waiting on a new album. And while bits of pieces of information on the LP “Act II: Patents of Nobility (the Turn)” keeps surfacing, the final product seems to never get an official release date.

Another track has emerged from New Orleans-born Jay Electronica, this time featuring Hov himself…Jay Z. Using the instrumental to Soulja Boy’s “We Made It”, Electronica speaks on the issues of making it through slavery, not to mention he sends apologies to his supporters for waiting so long for a new record.
