Manchester’s DRS has top boy status when it comes to emceeing in not only drum and bass, but Hip-Hop, garage, and so forth. It was only right for producer Jubei to feature Manchester’s DRS on his latest record “Tip The Scales”. This is a great rolling D&B release, with DRS giving it that extra push to take it over the top. “Tip The Scales” is a collaboration with Jubei and Marcus Intalex, which is out 14th October.
